Can a day get any worse?

My day has not been the best but it could be worse as I know some people's are. Mine was frustrating and kinda funny.
So, DH has to get up at 5:15 to leave for a one day course for work. So I wake up at 5am worried he won't get up. Not sure how that happens, and of course I can't fall back to sleep once he leaves until it is almost time for the alarm to go off at 6:15 to get DS up to get ready for school. He leaves at 7pm. I never understand how the older they get the harder it is to get them going.
I go back to bed till 7:55 when the alarm goes off again. And DS number 2 feels sick. He has a cold. So back to bed for him.
And DD is to get the bus at 8:30. She has been up since 7 getting ready for school??? I yell and yell the time. She gets out the door and down the road and the bus driver decides not to wait for her and take a different way to pick up the kids at the next stop. Usually the bus goes by our house-used to pick the kids up at our house for the last 8 years. She said the kids were even waving at her as the bus took it's new route around the park-a longer way to go. I am sure the driver did it because DD is often late. I have no idea how she will get on the bus at 7:10 next year.
So I am in the middle of having my cereal when she comes back. Now we have to scrap the car, really I ran the defrost while I eat my cereal. And I go in my housecoat and PJ's to driver.
And well I hit the recycle bins at the end of our driveway. Dh never puts them on the grass, he leaves them on the driveway. And of course it was the day that they picked them up late. So we had to pick up 3 containers for cans and plastic. And then off to school. I was only a half hour behind this am.
I am ready for bed now.
As for the store. I am tired so not accomplishing much today. I am working on a Copic Class, I just need the right paper and the company who has it has been slow. I was told the person I need to talk to had a busy week last week and they were tired today so they didn't come to work today. So I am not draggin my heels, just need the supplies or a shipping date.
And I have a fun new product coming in on Thurs. trying to track UPS but not many updates. I will announce it when it comes in. DD is actually looking forward to this.
As new things happen at the store I will post.

Quick Update-March 27

The UPS driver just arrived with some goodies. Finally some Bazzill to restock some of the colours we were out of, of course we are out of other colours since I placed the order.
Our tape rollers are back but they go fast.
A small selection of Nestibilities including Label 1-love it.
Some Petaloo Flowers.
And of course one style of the new Sizzix Embossing Folders. Built just like the Cuttlebug-theWedding one that we have had on backorder forever is here.
And a small selection of Ciao Copic Markers and Blender Pen. More will be coming soon.
Now to get them all in the computer and out in the store.

March Updates

Loads of things have been happening at our store.
We will not be holding a Coffee Demo this week but it will be back soon. Watch your email newsletter for more info.
Quickutz has released a line of dies that they call Fresh and Funky. I have had mixed feelings about this release and many at the store have agreed. So, we will be bringing in a few of this release but not all styles. If you want any specific dies please let me know so you do not miss out.
We have a few dies and fonts on sale still but they are going fast lately. And some of the new adhesive materials are sold out already. We will try to get more in but QK has had supply problems lately.
Yesterday, I travelled to Buffalo to take a Copic Certification Class. For those who haven't heard of this line. Copic Pens are the hottest product in Stamping. I took a full class and gained alot of insight into this product. I do need to practise to get the hang of a few techniques.
I will be holding Copic Pen classes in the near future so keep your eyes on our site for more info.
I can order in any Copic Product that you are interested in. The only issue is that these are really a hot hot item and demand is great. And so are backorders. We hope to have loose Ciao pens at the store soon and can order in others. Please let me know if you want ordering information.
And for those of you wondering our cardstock will be restocked by the end of this week-fingers crossed. And Fancy Pants Winter CHA products are due to ship to us soon.

March Madness

Ok really I am just loosing my mind. Thought I had updated a few things on the blog but I hadn't.
First we did receive the Feb. QK release in a few days or more ago. We still have some styles left.
A big yeah is due today as the Pop Up dies are due in later today. If you see Billy in the UPS truck send our way. I am tracking him. The new adhesive chipboard, cork and more is in the box also.
Coffee Demos. We had our first Coffee Demo last Wed. and it was a great success. Free coffee and a fun card. This Wed.-March 18th we will be playing with the new Pop-up dies. 1-3 drop in to see how they work and grab a cup of coffee or tea as the temp. is supposed to drop again.
We will be ordering in Spellbinders dies if anyone is interested. Just let us know as we are taking pre-orders.
March Break Classes for Kids. Thurs. March 19 we will be making Candy Bouquets. Perfect for gift giving or keeping yourself. And Fri. March 20 we will be making a canvas to hang on your wall featuring for your pet. Both classes start at 1:30 and you must pre-register to have a spot. Contact the store for more details. Ages 11 and up.
